The making of a multi-dimensional flower pendant in Sterling silver.

I had the opportunity to work with a lovely client who had an idea for a light, airy and beautiful pendant. She knew what she wanted but left the details up to me. I made a rough sketch of the piece based on the information that I made a note of during the initial consultation. That sketch became more defined as we moved through the various stages of the project.

Once the finer details were agreed upon, all the components were hand fabricated with each part being checked for accuracy. The piece was cleaned after it had been constructed and soldered. Another check was made before the finishing polish was done.

The completed pendant had a medium weight, open curb chain added to it to compliment the floating appearance of this piece.
